Founded by Spanish aesthetician Isabella Vallarino, House of SKN was created to reflect the elevated standards found in leading European and Korean aesthetic clinics. The practice operates under the guidance of Ecuadorian medical director Dr. Roberto Ycaza and Spanish trained plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Alaniz, ensuring all treatments are medically overseen and aligned with internationally recognized protocols.
Our philosophy blends European precision, Korean innovation, and evidence based aesthetic science. Every treatment begins with advanced skin analysis technology and is intentionally curated to support correction, restoration, and longevity. With over 14 years of experience as a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant, Jessica brings a strong clinical foundation and advanced procedural expertise to aesthetic medicine. Her background in emergency medicine has given her an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, precision technique, and patient safety—allowing her to deliver natural, balanced results.
Jessica’s approach focuses on subtle, refined enhancements that preserve each patient’s natural features. Known for her gentle technique and meticulous eye, she creates individualized treatment plans designed for harmonious, long-term results.
Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her son, Jack.

My journey into aesthetics began through my own personal struggles with eczema, skin sensitivities, allergies, and cystic acne. That experience led me to seek real, long-term solutions—shaping the way I approach skin and treatment planning today.
