House of SKN is a boutique home-based aesthetics practice dedicated to precision, balance, and long-term skin health. The practice offers treatments rooted in internationally informed techniques, superior technology, and clinically precise execution, delivered in a private, appointment-only setting.
Founded by Spanish aesthetician Isabella Vallarino, House of SKN was created to reflect the elevated standards found in leading European and Korean aesthetic clinics. All medically supervised treatments are overseen by Dr. Roberto Ycaza, a licensed Medical Director who provides remote medical supervision in accordance with Florida state regulations. Dr. Steve Alaniz, an internationally trained plastic surgeon, serves as an aesthetic consultant informing the practice’s treatment philosophy. Neither physician is based at the studio location.
Our philosophy blends European precision, Korean innovation, and evidence based aesthetic science. Every treatment begins with advanced skin analysis technology and is intentionally curated to support correction, restoration, and longevity. Rather than following trends or overcorrecting features, we focus on refined results that preserve natural structure and optimize skin over time.
At House of SKN, aesthetics are not about transformation.
House of SKN operates as a licensed home-based aesthetics practice in St. Petersburg, Florida, in compliance with applicable zoning and home occupation regulations (City Code Section 16.50.180). Services are provided by appointment only. Isabella Vallarino is the primary practitioner at the studio location. Collaborating specialists provide services on a visiting or remote-supervision basis.
Hi, I’m Isabella!
I’m a medical aesthetician, certified medical assistant, laser technician, and the founder of House of SKN. I’ve always been drawn to advanced medical aesthetics from around the world and the way real, intentional treatments can completely transform the skin.
My approach is all about going beyond the standard. I focus on personalized, results-driven treatments that improve the skin from within—looking at texture, tone, aging, and overall skin health as a whole, not just one concern at a time.
House of SKN started as a vision I couldn’t stop thinking about… creating something more advanced, more intentional, and more results-focused than what I was seeing around me. A space where treatments aren’t based on trends, but on what actually works.
Every client is approached with purpose. I take the time to build customized plans using techniques and protocols inspired by leading international practices, always focusing on results that are natural, balanced, and never overdone.
Building this Practice has been of the most rewarding experiences of my life, I’m proud of the level of care and intentionality I bring to every client I work with.
